One inbox, multiple numbers
Connect your own Twilio account and sync SMS-capable numbers. Filter the shared inbox by number, search conversations and use contact names to recognize the people you talk to. Workspace access controls determine which lines each operator can use.
See what happened to a message
Outbound messages show provider status updates in the conversation. Sending uses stable message identifiers so uncertain network results can be checked before retrying. Twilio and carrier requirements, including applicable sender registration, still apply to your account.
AI helps you write, you choose Send
With Amazon Bedrock configured, describe the reply you need and review the generated draft. You can edit or discard it before it enters the composer. Manually generated AI drafts are never sent automatically.
Automatic replies are a separate choice
Workspace administrators may enable bounded SMS automation on Halo-routed numbers. It requires configured Bedrock, follows the workspace instructions, respects SMS opt-outs and has daily usage limits. Twilio and AI usage can incur charges. Automations start disabled.
