A CONNECTED WORKSPACE BY ATS
A little help. On your terms.
Halo assist uses configured Amazon Bedrock to help with workspace questions and SMS drafts. Separate, opt-in automations can handle configured incoming SMS and calls.
From an idea to a reviewed draft
Describe what you want to say, optionally using the current conversation as context. Halo returns a draft for your review. Edit it, discard it or place it in the composer. You still choose when to send. Check facts and personal details because AI can make mistakes.
Help inside your workspace
Ask Halo assist how to use a feature or organize your communication workflow. Assistance returns text, rather than tools that silently change your numbers, permissions or provider routes. Availability depends on administrator configuration of Bedrock.
SMS automation with daily limits
An administrator can opt in to SMS auto replies for Halo-configured numbers in their workspace. Shared response instructions, a fallback and daily AI and SMS limits bound the workflow. Opt-outs remain respected, and automation starts disabled.
A short voice receptionist
The optional voice assistant handles incoming calls on Halo-routed workspace numbers before the human operator queue. It uses configured greetings, fallback messages and a limited number of turns. Requests for an operator, no speech or provider failure can hand off to the existing operator queue. Human answering still requires an open app.
Configure providers privately
The platform administrator supplies Bedrock credentials and a supported region and model on the server. Customer administrators choose their automation settings. Provider charges remain possible; limits control use rather than guaranteeing a fixed price.
