A CONNECTED WORKSPACE BY ATS
Your numbers. A clearer call.
Bring your own Twilio calling numbers into a workspace your team can understand. Make outbound calls, review call history and answer incoming calls while Halo is open and online.
Call from the right number
Connect your own Twilio account, sync eligible numbers and choose the line you want to call from. Halo supports multiple numbers and keeps call history organized by line. The web phone provides mute, a keypad and call controls. Android offers the same account and number workflow.
Incoming routing stays a deliberate choice
Review the existing provider routes before enabling Halo. The system saves the previous routes so you can restore them. A dedicated TwiML App handles outbound calling. Your Twilio balance, permissions and number eligibility remain requirements.
Keep Halo open for human answering
Incoming app calls require an open, online Halo web phone or Android app. This release does not use closed-app push notifications or Firebase. An administrator can optionally enable server-side voice automation through configured Amazon Bedrock; it handles incoming calls on Halo-routed numbers and can hand off to the operator queue.
Access follows your team
Workspace administrators manage their own operators and number access. A customer connects their own Twilio account in a separate workspace. Operators see only the numbers assigned to them.
