ACCOUNT AND DATA CONTROL
Request account deletion.
Use this form to ask Alien Tech Services LLC to delete your ATS Halo account and associated personal data. You can submit it without signing in or reinstalling the Android or Windows app.
Submit your request
Enter the email address used for your Halo account. We verify account ownership before making changes. Keep the reference shown after submission; for follow-up, contact [email protected] and include that reference.
What happens next
The request is recorded in Halo's private operator queue. We verify that you control the account and review the associated data. If you can sign in, you can also submit a request and see its status in Settings. We contact you through your account email when verification, workspace handover or another step is needed. Your account remains available until the request is processed; submitting a request is not a substitute for signing out of a lost device.
A workspace administrator or owner may need to arrange transfer of team administration or connected Twilio account ownership. You can still submit this form before arranging that handover. We explain any required steps during the review instead of requiring you to reinstall the app.
Data covered by your request
The request covers your Halo account profile, authentication information and sessions, personal contacts, number preferences and read state, and associated personal data in communication or activity records. Shared workspace calls, messages and provider resources need review with the workspace administrator so that another person's account or data is not removed accidentally. Review is not permission to retain your personal data indefinitely: we delete it or explain the specific legitimate reason and retention period for any retained information.
Deleting a Halo account does not automatically close a separately managed Twilio, Brevo or AWS account, cancel its subscription, release a phone number or reverse provider charges. Where a service provider holds data that Halo processed on your behalf, deletion handling includes the necessary provider request or documented follow-up.
Retention and backups
Active account data is kept while your account provides the service, until removed through an authorized action or a verified deletion request. Private database snapshots can temporarily contain data removed from the active database. Halo's default maintenance setting creates daily snapshots and keeps the seven most recent valid snapshots; installation settings can change this. During review we identify the applicable backup expiry or removal plan and any records retained for a specific security, fraud-prevention or legal requirement, including their retention period. Completion notes record any retained data. See the privacy policy's deletion section for more information.
